Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare education and adult learners.
• Experience with in-person and virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and teach classes for successful EHR adoption.
• Collaborate with end users and trainers to align with workflows.
• Ensure coverage for scheduled classes and support.
• Prepare classrooms and materials; keep learning spaces organized.
• Maintain classroom information in online learning modules.
• Provide onsite end-user support and proactive assistance.
• Review Visio workflows and document processes in the EHR.
• Create job aids and deliver training using templates.
