Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of education or Epic end-user training experience.
• Experience withEpic applications and credentialing processes preferred.
• Experience with instructional design and delivery across in-person and virtual formats.
• Proven ability to deliver training on schedule and within budget.

• Plan, organize, and teach classes for EHR implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with end users and trainers to align training with workflows.
• Provide onsite end user support and proactive training enhancements.
• Prepare materials, ensure classrooms are ready, and maintain online content.
• Deliver training including eLearning, job aids, and dashboards.
