Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Credentialed Trainer to deliver Epic training, support end users, and ensure proficiency with assigned applications. You will identify learners needing extra help and provide coaching to ensure effective use of the system.

Collaborate with Principal Trainers, Analysts and leaders to align training with workflows, manage classrooms, and develop job aids. Maintain readiness of training environments and participate in testing and rollout activities.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of education or Epic end-user training experience required.
• Credentialed Trainer experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Epic applications and instructional design is desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and teach classes for EHR implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with end users and trainers to align with approved workflows.
• Manage classroom prep, materials, and environment.
