CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Credentialed Trainer I to deliver training on the electronic health record and related applications. You will work with Principal Trainers, Clinical Informatics teams, and health system leaders to ensure end users can use the system efficiently.

Formación

• Minimum one year of education experience; healthcare education preferred.
• Experience with adult learners, in-person and virtual training.
• Epic training experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and teach classes for successful EHR implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with end users and trainers to align training with approved workflows.
• Provide onsite end-user training support and classroom management.
• Prepare materials and ensure classrooms and online modules are accurate and up-to-date.
• Advocate for end users and communicate issues to Principal Trainers.
