Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of education experience; healthcare education preferred.
• Experience with adult learners, in-person and virtual training.
• Epic training experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and teach classes for successful EHR implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with end users and trainers to align training with approved workflows.
• Provide onsite end-user training support and classroom management.
• Prepare materials and ensure classrooms and online modules are accurate and up-to-date.
• Advocate for end users and communicate issues to Principal Trainers.
