Advocate Health is seeking an experienced BI/Analytics Administrator to configure, monitor, and maintain BI platforms and related servers in a remote-enabled environment.

The role requires Epic Cogito knowledge, BI tool administration, and strong collaboration across time zones. You will mentor junior staff and help drive data governance and efficiency across enterprise analytics initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience with Epic Cogito and/or BI tools.
• Exposure to Epic Cogito Systems, project management, communications, and system utilization monitoring and auditing.
• Internships, projects, or professional work acceptable for practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain analytical BI platforms and servers.
• Monitor BI tools and systems for performance and policy adherence.
• Educate analysts and end users on BI/reporting tools and manage upgrades/changes.
• Provide support for BI/reporting systems including maintenance and security changes.
• Audit analytics content and manage lifecycle of content to avoid duplication.
• Document tasks per industry standards and manage projects independently.
