Advocate Health is seeking an experienced BI/EPIC Cogito administrator to independently configure, monitor, and maintain BI platforms and reporting systems in a remote office environment. The role involves ensuring content quality, security, and ongoing training for analysts, with opportunities to mentor junior staff.

Required 5–7 years in Epic applications and BI tools, Bachelor's in CS or related field, and Epic Cogito certifications (or plan to obtain within 5 months).

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience with Epic Cogito and/or BI tools.
• 5-7 years of experience in Epic applications and Business Intelligence tools.
• Epic certifications appropriate to job function; learning plan to obtain missing Epic Cogito certifications within 5 months of starting first Epic class.
• Exposure to Epic Cogito Systems, project management, communications, and system utilization monitoring and auditing.
• Internships, projects, or professional work acceptable for practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain analytical and operational BI platforms and servers.
• Monitor BI tools and systems for optimal performance.
• Ensure content created by developers adheres to policies and educate analysts and end users.
• Provide support for BI/reporting systems including upgrades and security changes.
• Manage security configurations and access in line with policy.
• Audit analytics content lifecycle to avoid duplication and retire content as needed.
• Document tasks per industry and organizational standards.
• Manage projects and requests using appropriate tools.
• Stay informed about healthcare BI trends and EHR workflows.
• Mentor junior team members in BI reporting administration.
