Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• RN license to practice in Texas required.
• Epic EHR experience preferred; ITIL optional.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test Epic and 3rd party applications for implementation and support.
• Perform comprehensive testing with documentation and issue resolution.
• Facilitate workflow design and validation with end users.
• Assess workflows by interviewing/shadowing users and document improvements.
• Coordinate change control and installation of application changes.
• Handle incidents, escalate when needed, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
