Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst focusing on Epic ClinDoc to support and optimize clinical applications. You will work with clinical stakeholders to analyze workflows, implement improvements, and manage builds, upgrades, and testing to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

The role requires Epic ClinDoc knowledge, certification, and strong experience in incident and change management, with on-call support and coordination of updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or 3+ years with degree or 5+ years without degree.
• Epic Certification required; Epic ClinDoc experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, optimize and enhance Epic ClinDoc and related clinical applications.
• Analyze workflows and implement system improvements for clinical care and operations.
• Support builds, upgrades, testing and enhancements; evaluate software releases for improvements.
• Coordinate incident, change and release management; participate in on-call support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and integrations.
