Sentara Health is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst focused on Epic Inpatient ClinDoc. You will support, optimize, and enhance clinical applications, partnering with clinicians to improve patient care and workflow efficiency.

The role covers builds, upgrades, testing, incident and change management, and on-call support, requiring Epic ClinDoc knowledge and related certifications. Collaborative cross-functional work is essential for reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3 years of relevant experience or 5+ years without a degree.
• Epic Certification required; Epic ClinDoc experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic Inpatient ClinDoc and/or Epic Phoenix is a plus.
• Ability to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and support clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of clinical applications.
• Analyze workflows, implement system improvements, and support Epic ClinDoc usage.
• Support builds, upgrades, testing, incident and change management, and on-call support.
• Coordinate application updates and releases with cross-functional teams.
