Sentara Health is seeking an IT Specialty Analyst focused on Epic ClinDoc to support inpatient clinical workflows, perform builds, upgrades and testing, and partner with clinicians to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.

The role requires Epic ClinDoc knowledge and Epic Certification, with experience in incident and change management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable, compliant clinical systems across the organization.

Qualifications

• Epic ClinDoc experience with inpatient workflows and builds.
• Epic Certification is required; specialty certifications preferred.
• Experience supporting clinical applications in healthcare IT.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance and enhancements for Epic ClinDoc.
• Analyze workflows and implement system improvements with clinical stakeholders.
• Support builds, upgrades, testing and incident/change management.
• Coordinate application updates and releases; participate in on-call support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability.
