Job summary

You will coordinate complex scheduling for physicians and self-referrals, verify patient demographics and insurance, and enter data in scheduling systems with attention to authorizations and policies.

Minimum 2 years in patient scheduling within a healthcare setting is required; Epic Cadence experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Epic Cadence experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets quality metrics for call handling and scheduling.
• Assists with training of new scheduling staff.
• Supports imaging scheduling and workflow optimization as needed.
