Our client is looking for an Epic Cadence Analyst and play a key role in optimizing the patient scheduling experience. You will be the expert responsible for the build, maintenance, and support of our Epic Cadence system, directly impacting patient access and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, build, and maintain the Epic Cadence module, including templates, scheduling protocols, and referral workflows.
• Analyze user needs and translate them into effective system solutions and optimized workflows.
• Provide advanced application support and troubleshoot issues for the Cadence and Prelude applications.
• Develop test scripts, lead testing for updates and new builds, and provide go-live support.
• Create training materials and documentation for end-users.

Qualifications

• Required:
• Current Epic Cadence certification.
• 2+ years of experience building and supporting the Epic Cadence module.
• Strong understanding of patient access and scheduling operations.
• Strong process mapping skills (Visio, Lucidchart) and ability to document detailed workflows.
• Preferred:
• Experience with integrated modules like Referrals, Radiant, or MyChart.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
