Advocate Health is seeking an Epic application analyst for a full-time remote role. You will identify, map, and improve clinical and business processes within the Epic suite, develop and execute test plans, and document requirements for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, with about 3 years in IT/clinical settings, and Epic experience. Certification within 6 months is expected. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Typically requires 3 years in an IT or clinical environment with business process mapping, analysis, requirements definition, acceptance testing and documentation.
• Experience in Epic and other Healthcare applications is required.
• Project management experience with ability to use project management software.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks with strong customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve clinical and business processes for Epic applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and map critical processes using BPM techniques and industry standards.
• Prepare documentation for business requirements with diagrams and models.
• Configure systems to meet business requirements and develop test plans and scripts.
• Conduct testing and track issues to ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide training and create training materials for users and trainers.
• Explain app functionality to users and assist with usage of full features.
