INSPYR Solutions in Charlotte, NC (Remote) is seeking an EPIC Analyst III to collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and operational teams, designing and optimizing EPIC workflows. Responsibilities include configuring EPIC HIM modules, troubleshooting, training staff, and creating user-friendly documentation to support BI and reporting needs.
The role requires 5+ years in Epic, Epic Certification in Health Information Management, Coding and Abstracting, and a healthcare background with HM
Formación
- At least 5 years of Epic experience; 7+ preferred.
- Epic Certification in Health Information Management, Coding and Abstracting.
- Healthcare experience preferred with HM Coding Operational Knowledge.
Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and operational teams to analyze, design, and optimize EPIC workflows.
- Configure and maintain EPIC Health Information Management modules to improve accuracy and compliance.
- Provide troubleshooting and user training; create staff documentation.
- Support BI/reporting needs and assist with system upgrades and new features.
- Ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
