Gravity IT Resources is seeking an Epic Analyst: III on-site in Winston-Salem, NC for a contract role. You will work with clinical, revenue cycle, and operational teams to analyze, design, and optimize Epic workflows and modules.

The role emphasizes configuring Epic Health Information Management – Coding and Abstracting, troubleshooting, training, and BI data analysis. You will stay current with Epic updates and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working with Epic systems.
• Epic Certification in Health Information Management, Coding, and Abstracting is required.
• Healthcare industry experience with recent operational coding knowledge.
• Active knowledge of Epic updates and industry trends.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and operations teams to analyze, design, and optimize Epic workflows.
• Configure and maintain Epic Health Information Management – Coding and Abstracting modules.
• Provide troubleshooting support and resolve system issues for workflow efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for Epic applications.
• Analyze data to support BI and reporting needs.
• Partner with IT and PM teams to implement upgrades and new functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.
• Keep up with Epic updates and industry trends.

Gather and analyze data to support business intelligence and reporting. Collaborate with IT and project management teams to implement system upgrades and new functionalities. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and data security standards. Keep up with Epic updates and industry trends to continually improve system capabilities.
