Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Charlotte, NC (Remote) is seeking an EPIC Analyst III to collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and operational teams, designing and optimizing EPIC workflows. Responsibilities include configuring EPIC HIM modules, troubleshooting, training staff, and creating user-friendly documentation to support BI and reporting needs.

The role requires 5+ years in Epic, Epic Certification in Health Information Management, Coding and Abstracting, and a healthcare background with HM

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Epic experience; 7+ preferred.
• Epic Certification in Health Information Management, Coding and Abstracting.
• Healthcare experience preferred with HM Coding Operational Knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and operational teams to analyze, design, and optimize EPIC workflows.
• Configure and maintain EPIC Health Information Management modules to improve accuracy and compliance.
• Provide troubleshooting and user training; create staff documentation.
• Support BI/reporting needs and assist with system upgrades and new features.
• Ensure data security and regulatory compliance.

Title: EPIC Analyst III

Location: Charlotte, NC Remote

Duration: 6+ months

Compensation: $65 to $70 W2

Work Requirements: U.S. Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Description:

Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and operational teams to analyze, design, and optimize EPIC system workflows. Configure and maintain EPIC Health Information Management - Coding and Abstracting modules to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare standards. Provide troubleshooting support and resolve system issues to ensure seamless user experience. Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation for staff utilizing EPIC applications. Gather and analyze data to support business intelligence and reporting needs. Work with IT and project management teams to implement system upgrades and new functionalities. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and data security best practices in system usage. Maintain a strong knowledge of EPIC updates and industry trends to continuously improve system capabilities.

Skillset / Experience:

• Years of Experience: At least 5 years experience in Epic, preferred 7 years
• Certifications: Epic Certification- Health Information Management, Coding and Abstracting
• Differentiators: Prefer recent Healthcare experience and (HM Coding Operational Experience) as this specific application does require some business knowledge.
