Job summary

Qualifications

• Epic certification required within 6 months and maintained annually.
• 3 years in IT or clinical environment with business process mapping and requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve Epic workflows and clinical/business processes.
• Document business requirements with diagrams and data models; ensure solutions meet needs.
• Translate requirements into system specifications and prioritize changes.
• Configure systems to meet business needs and validate with tests.
• Develop training materials and train users on the implemented solution.
• Monitor system performance and institute changes as needed.
• Explain system functionality to users and assist with end-to-end usage.
• Maintain product documentation and change control records.
• Communicate project status and upgrades to users; manage upgrade schedules.
