Advocate Health is seeking a qualified Epic specialist to map, analyze, and optimize Epic workflows across clinical and business processes. You will translate user needs into technical specifications, help configure Epic modules, and validate functionality through testing and documentation.

Remote role with on-call responsibilities; 40 hours per week. Requires Epic certification within 6 months, a CS-related degree, and 3 years of IT/clinical BPM experience. Benefits and career growth available.

Qualificações

• EPIC certification within 6 months and ongoing education per department.
• Typically requires 3 years in IT or clinical environment with BPM/testing.
• Experience mapping business/user requirements and validating solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve Epic workflows and data.
• Create documentation using diagrams, data models and process maps.
• Translate user requirements into functional specifications and reviews.
• Configure systems to meet business needs and run tests.
• Develop training materials and provide end-user instruction.
• Communicate status and coordinate upgrades across clinics.
