Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking an Epic Systems Analyst II in Georgia to configure, document, test, modify, and maintain Epic and related systems for our care teams. You will collaborate with analysts and operations to ensure continuity of processes and integrations with Epic interfaces.

You will participate in new system enhancements, manage tickets, and support quarterly updates, with mentoring responsibilities for junior staff and external vendors, in a physician-led, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or four years related experience and/or training; Epic Certification Prelude
• Epic experience and hands-on end user experience with Epic and/or ancillary systems
• Experience with process improvements and system optimization

Responsibilities

• I&T support and ownership of 2 to 3 Epic modules or related applications/systems
• 60% of time on daily operational support and quarterly system updates
• 20% of time on projects including system enhancements/new features and workflow design
• Act as liaison between I&T and application user community to identify issues
• Investigate complex system errors and coordinate resolution
• Document workflows and tools within the system for end-user engineering
• Work with Epic and downstream systems to support connectivity
• Lead data and subject matter expertise in IT projects
• Utilize project management for testing scripts, release notes, and build changes
• Provide on-call support
• Mentor Analyst I and external vendors
