Duly Health and Care in Georgia seeks an Epic-focused IT analyst to support daily operations and system updates across multiple Epic modules. You will coordinate testing, handle release notes, and guide upgrades in collaboration with I&T teams.

You’ll organize data from Epic and other systems to generate executive reports, participate in design and validation phases, and help implement large-scale IT projects while maintaining patient-centered care.

Qualificações

• Epic Beacon certification required for role.
• Experience documenting workflows in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to lead design, build, validation and optimization phases.
• Knowledge of healthcare interfaces and workflows.
• Familiarity with SQL, HL7, X12 or similar standards.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with outpatient physician office workflows.
• Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Daily operational support and system updates across Epic modules.
• Lead planning, testing scripts, release notes review and upgrade testing.
• Mentor Epic analysis on problem resolution efforts.
• Provide on-call support for IT issues.
• Support projects to enhance workflows and features.
• Investigate complex system errors and coordinate resolutions.
• Collaborate with I&T and management to assess new systems.
• Lead efforts to connect Epic with vendors and downstream systems.
• Organize data from Epic and other systems to generate exec reports.
• Identify future business needs and requirements.
• Coordinate large-scale IT project implementations.
