Job summary
Duly Health and Care is seeking an Epic Systems Analyst II to configure, document, test, and maintain Epic and related systems for our team. You will coordinate with analysts and operational partners to ensure continuity of care through Epic and integrated interfaces.
You will support 2-3 Epic modules, handle daily operational tasks and quarterly updates, and participate in system enhancements and workflow optimizations, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating across IT and clinical users
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Epic Certification Prelude; 2+ years preferred with Epic experience.
Responsibilities
- Own 2–3 Epic modules or related applications/systems.
- 60% of time on daily operational support and quarterly updates.
- 20% of time on projects including enhancements and workflow design.
- Act as liaison between IT and users to identify issues and improvements.
- Investigate complex system errors and coordinate resolutions.
- Document workflows and technical tools within the system.
- Support connectivity with Epic and downstream systems.
- Participate in IT projects as the data/subject-matter expert.
- Apply project management skills for testing, releases, and build changes.
- Provide on-call support and mentor junior analysts.
