Job summary

Adventist HealthCare is seeking an Epic Clinical Information System Analyst I to analyze clinical workflows, configure Epic modules, and support end users across the Epic program. You will work with subject matter experts, Epic representatives, and cross-functional teams to ensure system alignment with clinical needs and project timelines.

The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare IT or related fields, with Epic training/certification pursued as needed; travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in healthcare, information systems, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of clinical/healthcare ops, IS, or support experience; Epic preferred but not required.
• Must complete Epic training/certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflow needs and configure Epic applications per standards.
• Serve as support contact, respond to end-user questions, and document findings.
• Coordinate changes with SMEs, Epic reps, and other teams; validate post-change results.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
• Participate in go-live readiness, upgrades, and after-hours support as needed.
