Jackson Health System is hiring an Epic Analyst 2 to manage the build, configuration, testing, and support of Epic modules in Miami, Florida. This role requires 4-6 years of healthcare IT experience and at least one Epic certification.

The Analyst will collaborate with operational leaders, perform troubleshooting, and develop documentation and training materials. The position offers a full-time, on-site schedule and the opportunity to work in a nationally recognized academic medical system.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical, or related field.
• Epic certification is required; candidates must hold at least one Epic certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate-complexity build, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
• Serve as a primary contact for application issues and execute fixes.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into solutions.
• Develop and execute test scripts and validate system functionality.
• Maintain accurate build documentation and assist with training materials.
