Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Systems Analyst Epic to design, build, test, train, deploy, and support Epic applications that optimize clinical and operational workflows. You will translate business requirements into reliable Epic configurations, integrations, and reporting to enable safe patient care and compliant revenue cycle operations.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing builds, creating specifications, and supporting upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Healthcare Admin or related field.
  • 1–3 years of system/application analysis experience (healthcare preferred).
  • Epic configuration and testing experience; Epic certifications preferred.
  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders for Epic builds.
  • Design Epic configurations and ensure traceability.
  • Support upgrades, regulatory changes, and project initiatives.
  • Develop unit, integration, and UAT test plans and track defects.
  • Coordinate release management and environment moves.
  • Provide go-live support and post-live hypercare.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with ITIL processes.
