Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an on-site Construction Superintendent to lead a project crew and coordinate contractors, ensuring all work aligns with contract requirements and quality standards.

The role requires 4+ years in related trades and 3-6 years in a similar position, with strong scheduling, budgeting and client coordination. Travel up to 100% and flexible hours may be required, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Ongoing industry training.
• 4 years of experience in relative trades, 3-6 years in a similar position or proven successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, inspectors and visitors.
• Promote a safe, healthy work environment by enforcing standards.
• Comply with regulations and obtain required inspections.
• Manage and coordinate work to meet contract standards and schedules.
• Administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Manage scope changes and ensure up-to-date contract documents.
• Ensure no changes in the agreement or scope without leadership approval.
• Maintain project files and paperwork (timecards, reports, schedules, drawings, RFIs).
• Manage closeout tasks including punch lists and start-up.
• Monitor expenditures and address variances to meet budget.
