Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to oversee multiple projects, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work progresses on schedule and within contract documents.

You will liaise with clients, inspectors, and visitors, promote a safe work environment, and manage changes to contracts while tracking records and budgets. This role requires flexibility for travel up to 100% and a strong commitment to quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Trade Apprenticeship Program or equivalent experience.
• Ongoing industry training required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison to clients, inspectors, and other visitors.
• Promotes and maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards.
• Complies with legal regulations and obtains required inspections.
• Manages and coordinates work to ensure it’s constructed in a timely, quality manner per contract.
• Administers contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders and other agreements.
• Manages changes in project scope to prevent rework.
• Ensure changes in any agreement or scope are authorized by project leadership.
• Maintains and updates project files and paperwork (timecards, reports, drawings, RFIs).
• Supports closeout activities including punch lists and start-up.
• Monitors budget and identifies variances, implementing corrective actions.
• Defines project purpose, plans resources, and coordinates staff/sub-contractors.
• Supports all areas of FTI's business interests.
• Supports pre-construction budgeting and strategy.
• May be assigned to multiple projects.
• Performs other related duties as required.
