Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. seeks an EPC Field Operations Leader to guide field construction activities across our EPC portfolio. You will lead Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Foremen to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget, while standardizing execution and coordinating with engineering and procurement teams.

You will drive a strong safety culture, manage subcontractors, and oversee productivity improvements, scheduling, and field personnel. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent field experience.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician License or Construction Management Degree.
• 15+ years field experience with 10+ years leading superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Champion a zero-incident safety culture across all job sites.
• Lead a team of Superintendents, Field Engineers and Foremen to deliver projects.
• Ensure alignment of design, manufacturing and field execution with schedules and budgets.
• Maintain standard construction methods, procedures and continuous improvement across projects.
• Coordinate site visits, inspections and punch lists with customers.
