Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED, Certified Trade Apprenticeship Program or Equivalent Experience, Ongoing Industry Training
• Experience: 4 years in related trades; 3–6 years in similar position or proven successful project execution
• Travel: Up to 100% travel
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Mon–Fri; may include nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Liaises with clients, inspectors, and visitors.
• Promotes a safe, healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
• Complies with regulations and obtains required inspections.
• Manages and coordinates work per contract documents; maintains schedules and milestones.
• Administers contracts, subcontracts, POs and other agreements.
• Manages scope changes to prevent rework.
• Ensures no unauthorized changes to project scope.
• Maintains project files: timecards, field reports, drawings, RFIs, submittals.
• Supports project closeout: punch lists, start-up, CX of systems.
• Monitors budget, identifies variances, and implements corrective actions.
• Allocates resources and coordinates staff and subcontractors; evaluates milestones.
• Supports pre-construction budgeting and strategy; may handle multiple projects.
