Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Superintendent to oversee site operations, supervise contractors, and ensure project delivery within contract specifications.

The role requires coordinating schedules, managing safety, and interfacing with clients and inspectors to meet or beat costs. Ideal candidates have 4 years in related trades and 3–6 years in similar roles, with up to 100% travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of experience in relative trades.
• 3–6 years in a similar position or proven successful project execution.
• Travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison to clients, inspectors, and visitors.
• Promotes and maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards.
• Complies with legal regulations and obtains all required inspections.
• Manages and coordinates work to ensure it’s constructed as per contract documents.
• Develops and manages project schedules to meet milestone dates.
• Understands construction documents and subcontractor scope of work.
• Administers contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders to ensure terms are met.
• Manages changes in project scope and ensures current contract documents are used.
• Maintains project files and paperwork (timecards, reports, drawings, RFIs, etc.).
• Supports closeout activities (punch lists, Start-Up, CX of Systems).
• Meets construction budget by monitoring expenditures and variances.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Certified Trade Apprenticeship Program or Equivalent Experience
