Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in relative trades.
• 3-6 years in a similar position.
• Travel up to 100%.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and specifications.
• Ability to organize and direct a project to completion.
• Ability to lead site supervision and coordinate multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead job-site supervision and coordination.
• Manage safety, scheduling, quality control, cost, and labor management.
• Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and related agreements.
• Maintain project files, timecards, field reports, and RFI documentation.
• Support closeout activities: punch lists, start-up, and system CX.
• Ensure changes to scope are authorized by project leadership.
