Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, certified trade apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Ongoing industry training is expected.
• Experience managing large projects or multiple medium-to-large projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to clients, inspectors, and visitors.
• Promote safe, secure, and healthy work environment and enforce standards.
• Manage and coordinate work to meet contract requirements and schedules.
• Administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders; ensure contractual terms are met.
• Maintain project files and paperwork, including timecards, reports, and drawings.
• Support closeout activities such as punch lists and start-up, CX of systems.
