Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Superintendent for on-site leadership at project sites. You will oversee daily supervision of contractors, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and cost control per contract documents.

Ideal candidates bring multi-project management experience, strong understanding of construction documents, and ability to organize teams and subcontractors to complete projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or Certified Trade Apprenticeship Program or Equivalent Experience.
• 4 years of experience in relative trades, 3-6 years in a similar position or proven successful project execution.
• Travel: Up to 100%

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison to clients, inspectors, and other visitors.
• Promotes a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards.
• Manages and coordinates work to ensure proper construction per contract documents.
• Develops and manages project schedules with all parties to meet milestones and completion dates.
• Administers contracts, subcontracts, PO and agreements to ensure terms are met.
• Manages changes in project scope and maintains current contract documents.
• Ensures no unauthorized changes, proceeds from project leadership required.
• Maintains project files and paperwork (timecards, field reports, drawings, RFI, etc.).
• Supports closeout activities including punch lists, start-up, and CX of systems.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring expenditures and variances.
