Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED, Certified Trade Apprenticeship Program or Equivalent Experience, ongoing industry training.
• Experience: 4 years in relative trades, 3–6 years in a similar position or proven successful project execution.
• Travel: Up to 100%.
• Work schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday; nights, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison to clients, inspectors, and visitors.
• Promotes and maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards.
• Complies with legal regulations and obtains required inspections.
• Manages and coordinates work to ensure construction aligns with contract documents.
• Develops and manages project schedules with all parties to meet milestones.
• Has understanding of construction documents and subcontractors' scope.
• Administers contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Manages changes to prevent rework and ensure proper authorization.
• Maintains project files: timecards, field reports, drawings, RFIs, submittals.
• Supports closeout activities: punch lists, start-up, systems CX.
