Qualifications

• 15+ years of field experience, including not less than 10 years of project superintendent experience.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license or Construction Management degree or equivalent field experience.
• Travel up to 75%.
• Proficient in PC and MS Office Suite; ACC, Bluebeam; Accubid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champions a zero-incident safety culture and applies safety policies across all job sites.
• Leads construction operations and a team of Superintendents, Field Engineers, Assistant Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Ensures seamless integration of design, manufacturing, and field execution with cross‑team collaboration.
• Aligns project goals with management on finances and quality.
• Coordinates visits, inspections, and punch lists with customer field reps and JHAs.
• Ensures field execution aligns with schedules, production goals, budgets, and contracts.
• Establishes standardized construction methods and continuous improvement across projects.
• Maintains compliance with building codes at all levels.
• Manages field personnel staffing, performance, and safety issues.
• Assists in construction estimates and large field project deployments.
