Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Superintendent to lead our electrical on-site teams across multiple projects. You will oversee safety programs, manage budgets, and drive on-time, on-budget project delivery, while developing new revenue opportunities through upselling and accurate estimating.

The role requires completing an apprenticeship or equivalent experience (≈8,000 hours), with 60-75% travel and a schedule from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday–Friday, plus potential nights/weekends based on demand.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours) required.
• Travel 60-75% across job sites.
• Leading large electrical projects and teams.
• Proven ability to estimate, price, and negotiate.
• Ensure safety and control costs on projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams on job sites.
• Manage large projects (30+ electricians or multiple projects).
• Develop accounts to widen scope and generate revenue.
• Create estimates and change orders with oversight from PM.
• Conduct at least 8 jobsite safety evaluations per quarter.
