Responsibilities include completing work orders and make-ready tasks, documenting work, following safety procedures, and assisting with inspections. EPA refrigerant certifications required; valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications required (Type 1/II or Universal).
• Valid driver's license to operate on-property vehicles where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacants for leasing and conduct pre-move inspections.
• Track inventory and request reorders.
• Maintain grounds and common areas as needed.
• Document service activities and inspections.
