Responsibilities include making-ready vacant units, managing inventory, and supporting grounds and common areas. EPA refrigerant handling certification and a valid driver’s license are required where applicable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform repairs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing and assemble punch lists.
