Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on E/OEM partnerships.
Experience in the E/OEM segment, LV/MV electrical distribution equipment is a plus.
Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize potential E/OEM partners based on strategic fit.
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers at target E/OEMs.
Develop and present compelling business proposals.
Negotiate and close E/OEM partnerships and agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of products.
Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships.
