Republic Services, Inc. is seeking an ES Territory Executive II to drive direct sales and manage vital customer relationships in environmental services.

You will assess needs across recycling, waste, environmental and compliance offerings, and present tailored solutions to new and existing clients. Focus is on expanding service offerings, building a strong sales pipeline, and coordinating with internal teams to align pricing and delivery with customer goals.

Formación

• 2 - 4 years of experience in a sales, account management, or customer facing role.
• Driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and retain existing customers by building relationships with key decision makers.
• Seek opportunities to expand service offerings and achieve maximum customer penetration.
• Develop and communicate customer plans with opportunities, risk ratings, and growth targets.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
• Understand customer operations and regulatory requirements to design customized solutions.
• Utilize CRM daily, document activities, and follow up on leads.
