CDM Smith in the United States seeks an Environmental Scientist/Environmental Risk Assessor to support Human Health and Ecological projects, focusing on regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local requirements across our portfolio. You will assist with risk assessments, CON planning, and data interpretation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting proposals and client interactions.

Occasional travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science with professional scientist registration/certification.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience in environmental consulting or regulation.
• Travel may be required; frequency dependent on workload and projects.

Aufgaben

• Support site investigations and data interpretation for human health and ecological risk assessments.
• Develop data quality objectives, QAPPs, and SAPs under supervision.
• Prepare CSEMs, HHRAs, SLERAs, and BERAs for various projects.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and toxicologists on approaches.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor junior staff, and support client meetings.
• Contribute to proposals and publish white papers on emerging issues.
