Job summary

PRIME AE Group is seeking an Environmental Practice Leader - Transportation Natural Resources to join our Indianapolis office (or nearby offices in Akron, New Albany, Columbus, Cincinnati, or Louisville). This role blends hands-on environmental project work with leadership, guiding NEPA analyses, permitting, and regulatory compliance on transportation projects.

You will lead an environmental team, develop client relationships, manage scopes and budgets, support business development, and mentor

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive environmental consulting experience.
• Experience supporting transportation and/or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEPA, environmental permitting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental projects for transportation/infrastructure.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and design teams.
• Develop scopes, fees, schedules, and staffing for environmental work.
• Mentor staff and help grow PRIME AE's environmental practice.
