Job summary

PRIME AE Group is seeking an Environmental Practice Leader - Transportation & Natural Resources to join our Columbus area offices. The role blends hands-on technical work with leadership to grow PRIME AE's environmental capabilities across transportation and infrastructure projects.

Ideal candidates have 6–15 years of experience, a strong foundation in environmental services, and the ability to develop client relationships, staff, and strategic pursuits while coordinating with cross-disciplinary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, Environmental Planning, Natural Resources, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of progressive environmental consulting, natural resources, or transportation environmental experience.
Experience supporting transportation and/or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Perform environmental services for transportation and infrastructure projects, coordinating with agencies and multidisciplinary teams.
Prepare and review NEPA documentation and environmental permits.
Lead or support project management, staffing, and client relationships as the practice grows.
Mentor staff and help develop the environmental team.
