The role blends technical project work with leadership to grow PRIME AE’s environmental capabilities in transportation infrastructure. You will lead environmental deliverables, coordinate with agencies, mentor staff, and help pursue new work while maintaining hands-on involvement in NEPA, permits, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• 7+ years environmental consulting or transportation experience.
• Experience with NEPA, CWA 404/401, wetlands, natural resources, and permitting.
• Experience coordinating with state and federal regulatory agencies.
• Project management experience or readiness to manage scopes, budgets, and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental services on transportation projects and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and multidisciplinary design teams; provide guidance and QA/QC.
• Develop project scopes, fees, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans; monitor progress.
