Job summary

PRIME AE Group is seeking an Environmental Practice Leader - Transportation Natural Resources to join our Akron, OH area offices. You will lead environmental services for transportation and infrastructure projects, coordinate with agencies, and help grow PRIME AE's environmental capabilities.

You will collaborate with multiple disciplines, manage staff, and support client relationships while guiding project strategy and technical approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, Environmental Planning, Natural Resources, Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive environmental consulting, natural resources, or transportation environmental experience.
• Experience supporting transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEPA, water resources, permitting and regulatory requirements.
• Project management experience or readiness to take on management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver environmental services for transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Lead and mentor environmental staff and develop client relationships.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and staffing plans.
• Support business development and pursue proposals and qualifications.
