Job summary

PRIME AE Group is seeking an Environmental Practice Leader - Transportation Natural Resources to join our Indianapolis, Akron, New Albany, Columbus, Cincinnati, or Louisville offices. The role blends project delivery with building and leading an environmental team across transportation infrastructure projects.

You will manage NEPA documentation, environmental studies, and permitting, mentor staff, develop client relationships, and help shape PRIME AE's environmental capabilities as the practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, or related field with accreditation.
• 7+ years of environmental consulting or transportation environmental experience.
• Experience with NEPA documentation, environmental permitting, and agency coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental services for transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review NEPA documentation and environmental studies.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and design teams, ensuring compliance.
• Manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and staffing for the environmental practice.
• Mentor staff and help grow PRIME AE's environmental capabilities.
