Job summary

PRIME AE Group, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Practice Leader - Transportation & Natural Resources to join an expanding team across Indianapolis, Akron, New Albany, Columbus, Cincinnati, or Louisville offices.

The role blends technical project work with leadership responsibilities, initially focusing on environmental services for infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has 6–15 years of experience, a solid NEPA background, and a drive to grow an environmental team while fostering client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, Environmental Planning, Natural Resources, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive environmental consulting, natural resources, or transportation environmental experience.
Experience supporting transportation and/or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Perform environmental work on transportation and infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies and multidisciplinary design teams; provide technical guidance.
Lead projects independently or with senior leaders; expand project management responsibilities.
Recruit, mentor staff, and develop client relationships to grow the environmental practice.
