Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, Environmental Planning, Natural Resources, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive environmental consulting, natural resources, or transportation environmental experience.
• Experience supporting transportation and/or infrastructure projects.
• Working knowledge of NEPA, Clean Water Act sections, wetlands, streams, and environmental permitting.
• Experience coordinating with state and federal regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental services for transportation and infrastructure projects for public-sector clients.
• Prepare and review NEPA documents and environmental permits.
• Lead or support project management, client relationships, and staff development.
• Mentor environmental scientists, planners, and specialists as workload grows.
• Develop technical standards and QA/QC for environmental deliverables.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, Environmental Planning, Natural Resources, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or a related field

7+ years of progressive environmental consulting, natural resources, or transportation environmental experience

Experience supporting transportation and/or infrastructure projects

Strong analytical, technical writing, communication, and organizational skills

Project management experience or readiness for increasing PM responsibilities
