PRIME AE Group, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Practice Leader – Transportation & Natural Resources to join our Columbus, OH office.

This role combines technical project delivery with leadership, mentoring, and business development across transportation infrastructure projects. You will manage NEPA documentation, environmental permitting, and regulatory coordination, while guiding a growing environmental team and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years of environmental consulting or related experience.
• Experience supporting transportation and/or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEPA, environmental permitting, and related regulations.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor staff while coordinating with cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental work on transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Lead projects and/or provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop client relationships and support business development.
• Mentor staff and help grow PRIME AE’s environmental capabilities.
