Job summary
PRIME AE Group, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Practice Leader – Transportation & Natural Resources to join Cincinnati (also Indianapolis, Akron, New Albany, Columbus, Louisville) offices.
The role blends hands-on project work with leadership of a growing environmental team. You will manage NEPA studies, wetlands and permitting, and regulatory coordination on transportation projects while mentoring staff and expanding client relationships.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of environmental consulting or transportation experience.
- Experience on transportation and/or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of NEPA, CWA 404/401, wetlands and streams.
- Experience with environmental permitting and agency coordination.
- Experience with NEPA documentation and environmental studies.
- Project management experience or readiness to take on increasing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver environmental services on transportation projects.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and design teams.
- Provide technical guidance throughout project development.
- Manage projects independently or with senior leaders.
- Mentor staff, develop client relationships, and support business development.
- Forecast workload and staffing, and contribute to proposals.
