Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. is expanding its network of Field Professionals to support Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments on projects across the United States.

This subcontractor opportunity lets experienced assessors work flexible, project-based hours alongside our national team. You will conduct onsite inspections, prepare professional reports to ASTM and industry standards, and manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to job sites to perform field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards (ASTM for ESA, or PCA guidelines).

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections (“walk”) and prepare professional reports in accordance with ASTM and industry standards.
• Write reports independently and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Support projects across the United States as part of our Subconsultant Network.
